Great news to hear you want to restart the podcast Margaret, I have missed it. Also looking forward to finding some lovely gifts amongst the list. Last year I bought my daughter some of the hydrating mist from A S Apothecary for Christmas, I loved the packaging and also gave her a link to your podcast episode and Banjo Beal's makeover programme so she knew where it was from. A perfect gift for her to take on her long flight to Singapore 🙏
If you're ever in Bath there's both a lovely large Waterstones and a Toppings, although I have to admit that I find Toppings too chaotic, too busy and I can never find anything to buy there, when I'm just browsing. Waterstones has a lovely cafe. Thanks for the list of businesses, I shall enjoy looking through the websites. I too have missed your podcast and look forward to its return.
Yes I loved toppings but it was less calm and clear and busier which is always nice to see in a bookshop ! But I had to find a little quiet spot. I find Waterstones very calming because in Glasgow it is very large and spacious with loads of seating in the cafe.
Our wee family here at Gneiss Things will be sending gifts from our website in the lead up to Christmas, and all year round too!
Pieces carved from Hebridean stone, as well as original mixed media paintings.

So pleased to hear you are able to continue the podcast. I've missed listening in to them. Thank you!
Oh thank you!! I am always surprised when people say they listen 🤣 I mean, what did I think was happening!
Lovely post Margaret. Will enjoy checking out your recommendations and of course your own shop. Great to hear the podcast will return! X
